I had to submit my Invoice immediately within a limited time, without having no data on board about the dimensions of the structure, I had no option but to postponed the submission which was much needed to get the payments releases.

He immediately reputed his staff and got the details ready within a days time, it helped me in submitting my Invoices but also got my payments released in a short time.
